Blue tape and the final walkthrough

The final walkthrough is your chance to note incomplete or incorrect work before you take the keys. “Blue tape” is simply marking items. It is normal. It is not a personal conflict with the builder.

What to look for

Paint, trim, appliances, screens, irrigation, drainage away from the slab, fans, and anything on the option sheet that is missing. Nelson can attend or coordinate so you are not doing this alone after a cross-country move.
